That is exactly the attitude that veterans have come to expect when receiving medical care. "Sorry that you aren't the only one" instead of "sorry that we do not have adequate facilities nor adequate personnel to properly assist those that have sacrificed their health and wellbeing so that I don't have bullet holes in my car."
Wooow...I know those phones have different lines. Why not be courteous enough to click over and say please hold? An appointment that I really needed has been cancelled, because I couldn't get through for two weeks. That is unacceptable, I'm trying to go back to Greenville, way more efficient and courteous.
