If I remember correctly there was a five month wait list to become a patient. At present you are met at your car when you pull up to the building and asked covid questions prior to entry. It is a new building I believe completed in 2019 It has multiple offices connected together on site. It is located on 70 Highway West of Goldsboro on the left shortly before you reach the Walmart and 581 intersection heading west. It is a huge building you cannot miss it.

I use Goshen for shots and other health related treatment. I like Goshen for quick and fast results. The staff are professional. New building, handicapped friendly entrance and parking. Easy access to major highways and near town. Required masks and safety distance.
