Hi Josselyn, the library is free for anyone to use. Library cards are also free to Wayne County residents.
They have a book listed in the online catalog called Major Daddy by Eva Swain. Not sure if this is the book you're referring to or not.
We do not have the driver handbook. It is available online at www.ncdot.gov/dmv/license-id/driver-licenses/new-drivers/Pages/handbooks.aspx. The site also has some sample test questions.
