Great little spot for a quick trip for thos of us in the high desert! Nice clean campground, with a decently clean toilet facility. Good little camp spots too plenty of space for backing a trailer into or turning around and maneuvering! Well maintained area close to lonepine incase you forget some supplies.

Great stop. $14 for one night. Large spaces. We chose to be away from the lake and under a shade tree with lots of room on all sides. Windy!

Great place to camp..only 14 dollars...it's quiet and beautiful.

Stayed five nights in May 2021. Had a nice site near the lake in our 34 foot Class A. No problem leveling. No hook ups but ran our generator when needed. It’s a nice campground, although, as others have said, we spent some time just picking up trash around our site. The campground needs to be mowed and drivers need to slow down. We will probably stay again if in the area and be prepared to clean our site again.

Yes and 3500 feet
Yes fishing open all year
You have to contact the Inyo County Parks people if you have questions. We enjoyed it except for the mosquitoes that had about a 6 inch wingspan.
They do stock the lake with trout. Usually a week before the fishing derby and then thruough out the season. You can always look up the stocking schedule for the area on the internet.
There's some nice bass in the lake
I know they habe fresh water. Not sure about the dump though.
Just about anywhere for trout. For the catfish try the north east side off the tall dirt bluffs. For bass is try on the lake around the reeds on the south end.
If you check the information board near the entrance on the east side of the lake there is a map with the various fishing, swimming, camping, etc...areas shown. But you can fish almost anywhere.
We camped there in the early 1970s.
