Can anyone tell me if horseshoe meadow equestrian camp is still open. I spoke with a ranger last week and it was but now I can't get ahold of the rangers office to be sure its still open.

Will a 40 foot horse trailer fit in there? And, will the site still be open October 24-27?

Wether it's open depends on the snow. It might be open if it doesn't snow. A 40ft trailer may not fit in a camp spot, but there is an overflow area next to the equestrian camp to store large trailers.

Can I camp in my pickup camper at horseshoe meadows?

People with horses have priority if all sites are full. If it isnt full anyone can camp there.

Is there one big corral at the site or is it divided?

The site is divided into about 14 smaller pens. Multiple campsites. Water is sourced from an adjacent creek, so bring a few buckets.
