Iβm sure itβs beautiful, but I couldnβt stomach the narrow, dirt, mountain roads on the way there.

Hetch HETCHY is a spectacular place. It is the twin of Yosemite Valley. Has a similar. The walk to the waterfall is the biggest attraction. Just 2.5 miles away. But I don't know let me fool you the road is very slippery. So wear proper walking shoes. enough water please More in hot weather. Sunscreen. And above all, don't rush. If they are going to do the walk. Go slowly. When they feel tired. They take rest. Due to the height the heat there is strong. The place will only be open after 8 am. So calculate the time. To find parking. Above all Enjoy it!!! More information @viajeroferb.

I'm not sure about the campground but the dam is open (as of yesterday). The road closes at 5pm so you have to leave the dam by 4:30pm.
Some short hikes available, use AllTrails to find right hike for you
You need to leave by 4:30, park closes at 5.
Not sure but the view is beautiful
I guess they close at evening. Not sure about it though.
No reservations. You can camp there when you get an overnight wilderness permit.
