Jeffrey Hall and staff severely lack follow up and follow through. He advised me on Wed Sept 14 that he would have his staff call a referral for me to The James Csncer at OSU. The following Tuesday, I called and left a message with Ruth to check on status of referral which is the third voice mail message I left for her since my initial appointment with Dr. Hall. All my messages have gone un returned. I called The James on Wed Sept 21 to find out yhe referral had never been called. The James made me an appointment. Now, both the James and I cannot get calls returned with regards to having my CT Scan sent to the James. Really poor patient care.
