I have been bringing my dogs here since they were pups. Recently, my older English Mastiff was having troubles and I wasn’t sure if it was something that could be fixed or if it was just his time. I called and asked if they would take a look at him. They said couldn’t fit him in and to bring him to an emergency hospital. It wasn’t really an emergency, so we waited it out, and he got better, but I still wanted him to be seen. I called the next week, early one morning, and the woman who answered the phone said yes, we can definitely see him today. I explained the situation and she gave me quotes on how much it would be, even in worse case, (She knew his size). She then put me on hold and came back 5 minutes later to tell me she was sorry that they were booked all that day (and the next btw without me even asking) and that because of his size they thought I should bring him to an emergency hospital. When he was young and healthy they had no problem with his size. They let us down BIG time.
