Absolutely. We provide a regular service to and from BDL. When you need picking up from the airport call us from the baggage claim, stand at the Valet pick up sign, the bus will be there within 5-10 minutes to pick you up and bring you back to your car at our lot.

If the passenger can transfer onto the shuttle, the driver will put the wheelchair on to the shuttle. If the passenger cannot transfer, it's best to call ahead because I've never seen a shuttle with a chair ramp.
