Two stars for drop-off and airport shuttle..very smooth...0 stars for robbing a few dollars (maybe 5) in quarters I had in the car..I know it's NY but that's no excuse, theft is theft and that deserves a "0". ...P.S. I still tipped the guy who brought my car cause I don't know who did it, but someone "definitely" did..definitely!!!
