Drop off and bus service is excellent! Pick up and customer service even with managers is terrible. Rude is not even the word for how we were treated. Was overcharged and treated with disrespect when picking up my car. I left 4 messages for the manager and finally made contact when i submitted an online inquiry. Trying to get Heather, the manager, to talk on the phone is like asking her to go on a date with me. The service here these days is awful and no one seems to care.

I use this service every time im using Bradley for my departure. No issues whatsoever. Secure lot, shuttles always quick. I use the Way App and it's always quick to prepurchase. Price is one of the cheaper ones I've seen. Parking lot could use a resurfacing but it's fine and it gets it done.

Great place to park. Great service. I've been using this location for several years and I've never had an issue. May car is always running and ready for me when I get back from the airport. My be a bit pricey for some but they offer an excellent company discount which makes it affordable.

You should have been given a coupon from the organizer of your group. I spoke to him on the phone two days ago and he said he was sending out coupons to all of the guests.
Yes, Laz Fly Premier and Laz Fly Self park have 24 hour shuttles that will take you to and from the airport and from the parking and back. With Premiere Valet you wait for the bus in front of the office and with Self Park you can wait in the parking lot or walk to the office which is across the street. At the airport to go back to where your car is parked, you wait outside baggage claim for the bus or find a sign that says Laz Fly and wait. They come around every 15 to 20 minutes.

It depends on which company you work for. Most corporate discounts do not require a promo code and reservation. All you need to do is show up with your badge or business card and you will receive your discount.
