Never calls medicine in on time when it is due... 11 times the date of my fiance's prescription changed due to the fact that they used their famous saying"it's in the queue" just to get you off the phone, then you go to pick up meds at pharmacy on pickup day and nope nothing was ever sent over by doc.. and this is EVERY SINGLE WEEK. he's had to go weekends without his meds, even as we speak meds were due today and we were told yesterday they are in the queue doc just has to sign they'll send them over... Well now he again has to go all weekend without his meds, rite aid had to email doc AGAIN for the prescription and the prescription date changes AGAIN. Thank god he's switching doctors!

I don’t recommend this office. When the reception area is unorganized, I’d be afraid to see the rest of the office. I called for my husband to have an overall checkup and I spoke with their receptionist. We discussed that he would be a new patient and he has never been seen there before. She then asked me to pick a day that he would be available, his DOB, a working phone number we could be reached at, and his insurance. She never asked for his name so I assumed he would just be in as new patient until they got all of his information. We made the appointment for the following day at 2:30. Upon calling today, an hour before his appointment, the receptionist told me that she didn’t have an appointment for him and he wasn’t in their system? She also said she was the only receptionist that works there but never spoke with me about any of what I just stated above. I was then left on hold without being told I was being put on hold for a while, which lead me to call back. When I called back she wouldn’t let my husband and I talk to a hire up manager. Instead of taking fault, apologizing, and rescheduling us in a professional manner, she acted like it never happened. Very frustrating.

I called and visited the office TWICE to change address, phone # and insurance information. Idiots at the front desk never changed the information then they had the audacity tells me "We will have to bill you full price because we don't have updated insurance and contact information on file."
