This place is an absolute disgrace. It breaks my entire heart too. I remember as a child I use to love coming here with my dad because of the little train they had in this location. Today I was mistreated and misdirected. I received an email stating for me to go to this location to pick up my package, as I went to the woman working the desk she could honestly not be bothered. She was so ignorant and short with me, and lacked any helping personality. She didn’t even give me a chance to explain my situation she handed me a receipt and said “go to that black phone at the end of the hall and dial 404.” I went and did just that, I got a very ignorant customer service rep on the phone stating that “ we are still PROCESSING the package, you’ll have it by like TOMORROW.” I’m like uh okay? I knew that didn’t seem right considering the fact I had an email directing me TO pick it up here! However, what do I know? Moving forward I decided to call their customer service because truly the constant misinformation has been tiring. To my surprise (not) they informed me my package was to be PICKED up at this location again so confused. I decided to check with another location in my area in steamtown. Where they were actually helpful and concerned about this issue. At that location he did try to locate the package as well, and to my surprise again (NOT) it was again stating it was at this LOCATION! So please explain to me this, how come every single individual I spoke with and the email I received directed me to this location, but yet YOU had no idea where my package is? I am so disgusted with the way I was misinformed, treated, and the time and gas I wasted on this issue. This shouldn’t even be a package that needs to be “picked up” it was clothing and so inexpensive. The inconvenience this has been for me is an absolute nightmare.

My certified letter stopped at this post office. HOW DO YOU LOSE A CERTIFIED LETTER.?! MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS. I'M OUT THE LETTER AND THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT TO BE CERTIFED...THE ONLY THING I KNOW IS THAT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A POST OFFICE LOST IT.

i wish that google had a 0 star option because this place deserves nothing but it. please explain to me how hard it is to deliver mail from taylor to scranton without losing the mail. i’ve lived in 3 different states and this is by far the absolute worst USPS there is

Just got mine $196 for book card and appointment and $16 for pictures done at Walgreens they told me 12 weeks
You need to call the post office and ask them the questions asked here for the general public
Go to the post office and get the name and number of the carrier supervisor. Speak to him/her if they are there.
They just dont want to do the job... Got me standing up here, getting my own mail from them, that they have been holding, scanning it in and out of the system everyday... Not even attempting to deliver.... Poor work ethics...

As far as I know. I had to have my mailed held and thats where I was told it comes from. Hope that helps you. They are very nice there too Very helpful.
They shouldn't but maybe with proper ID
it could be that your carrier retired or is on vacation. if retired, the bidding process for your route could take time. And, then, you'll need to give the new carrier time to learn the route. or it could be that your carrier sucks
