My son has been here for 36 hours for cellulitis. He has yet to see a physician. He has not been able to eat nor drink for twelve hours. While he IS receiving antibiotics, he knows nothing of his diagnosis nor prognosis.

Hospitals normally have the cleanest bathrooms but not here! Public bathroom in basement, across from Imaging, was horrible. Three stalls, handicapped was out of order and the other two look like they hadn't been cleaned in days. My husband is scheduled to have a procedure here on Monday, having second thoughts.

You guys are horrible, disgusting, people. You sent me a bill within hours of my husband's death. You make me want to vomit. Regional is nothing more than a heartless, money hungry institution.
