There's always a wait to get in even if you're early for appointments you could be spending more than an hour past the appointment just waiting to get in. And if you get an appointment good luck getting them to keep it they usually cancel it the day of or before the appointment then you have to wait another 3 to 4 months to get in again

Had an appt at 1015. Been sitting in the waiting room for over an hr when i asked the desk i get ur next then 4 other people are called ahead of me.... Why is it that we r required to have an appt but the appt dont matter if my appt was over an hr ago!!!! They need better time management!

The ob/gyn dept is super. The reason the low score is because whenever you call to schedule an appt. It takes more 10 minutes before you get a live person. Currently as I am typing this Ive been on hold for 8 minutes. So it comes down to poor customer service. When they do answer they are curt. The med staff is great. The office people are who bring it down. Update: Finally someone answered and her name is Amy or it might be spelled Amie. Well this peach of a woman was extremely rude and acted like it was the end of the world to make an appt. I mean she was nasty. Would look ahead (the nearest date was out in july and I am coming off of night shift.) She was that is the only date and time and either I take it or leave it. I was like wow. This woman speaks like this to a patient who has private insurance! I wish I was able to have her last name for a public call out. Update 8/25/2022. Called 7/5/2022 to schedule an IUD swap. Spoke to a person from the office I was to have the procedure done at. Scheduled it for almost 6 weeks out. First the rescheduled my appointment which ok, Totally understand. Then I get to my appointment. Sit in the waiting for 50 minutes. Then when I get to the back I was told they never pre authorized the procedure, which the schedule person was supposed to do and granted now 7 weeks out from when I made the appointment. Basically I’m sitting in the office as I type this in disbelief.

I want to know how to report a foul smell that is unbearable to the human nose from a old lady in our building at Susquehanna Apartments . Waring a mask doesn't work for it is sticking to my clothes .
