Was there recently with my mom. Wait time was long but they were very busy so it was understandable. We were helped numerous times by a CNA named Erica. She was obviously very busy but extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure that my mom didn’t feel like a bother when she needed help. I was grateful for her patience and attentiveness while assisting my mother to make sure she didn’t fall. Other nursing staff we encountered were also nice and polite given how hectic the day seemed for them.

I recently changed the Penn State health what a mistake they don't even have anybody to treat my thyroid in Berks county they want me to drive all the way to lititz I don't even know where lititz is why don't they have somebody to treat their thyroids at the hospital right there on 183

Terrible! My one and half year old daughter had a 103.2 fever and puking and we sat in the waiting room for 3 hours when it was not busy at all! They then just said “ yeah we don’t know when she will get back tonight”. They legit don’t care about the preservation of life. I’m a State Trooper and if I’m ever shot I’d rather just bleed out then be taken to this incompetently run hospital. What a joke.

I am extremely pleased with my care I have received from both the ER and the Neurology Department. I have been struggling with pain for a couple of months now and felt that I was not getting anywhere with easing of the pain nor a diagnosis. I was seen by Resident Ryan Cook and am extremely grateful he was able to refer me to Neurology and get me an appointment within 4 days!!! (I went to the ER on a Friday). My Neurologist is Dr. John Weaver and he was absolutely wonderful! He spent the full visit with me, did not rush, and thoroughly explained everything to me. He is also the first doctor to run tests and refer me to Pain Management. I am finally closer to feeling relief and I am very grateful for this positive experience. Also, to add, the ER was practically no wait!

You can secure your weapon in your car or if you are not traveling by personal car, you can turn the weapon over to security for safe storage during your visit.
