At this point my familiy is very frustrated. My step mother took her power scooter in over a month ago. The part has been ordered and I realize they are not responsible for the delay in getting part but not being able to reach them by phone is ridiculous. She calls and gets voice mail automatically now and no one calls back.

I used to REALLY love the customer service they provided as Columbus Medical, but now that they’ve changed hands they use a nationwide hotline and I never know who I’m going to talk to (if I’m able to actually talk to someone) I don’t know if they’re local or not- everyone there used to know me and my chair. Not anymore unfortunately,. :-(
