A visit to Ebb and Float is a micro vacation- IRL it’s more relaxing and rejuvenating…it takes less time effort and expense! Start with the massage chair, follow up with a float. The people are welcoming, courteous and it is truly a fresh environment to be in. Highly recommend this to all that need a reset for mind/body!

I've visited Ebb & Float twice for the cold plunge & it's fantastic. Service is very good, lots of pampering & a beautiful little lounge to chill in. Highly recommend!

Amazing space, awesome staff. This was my go to space for R&R in Columbus and personally because I loved it so much o tried to get there a few times a week! We are moving out of state and I am totally bummed I won’t be around to continue to use their services. Top notch all the way!

Questions & Answers

Can you have multiple people share a tank?

Hi Brittany! We do offer a couples float in our open pool but we don’t recommend floating with someone else until you have floated multiple times. Floating is meant to create a sensory relief experience. Adding another person to your float can interfere with the experience. Our open tank is 5 ft wide by 8 ft long.

I have a condition where sweating is the prescribed treatment. Do you have saunas where I can push my body to sweat?

Absolutely! One of the great benefits of infrared saunas is they are kept at 140 degrees. This temperature increases your core body temperature to release sweat + toxins without overheating. Allowing you to stay in an infrared sauna for much longer than traditional saunas. You can book a 30, 45 or 60 minute session. We recommend starting with 30 minutes and working your way up.
