Best attorney in Columbus, he is well worth what ever fee he charges

I have experienced Attorneys and Lawyers in my past that have flat out lied and told stories. I, personally, needed Terry many years ago (over 25 years ago to be exact). He was very ‘matter of fact’. So much so, that it was almost intimidating. I followed Terry’s instructions and was exonerated of all charges against me. Unfortunately I again needed his services. I again followed his instructions and consul with minimal issues. Several times, throughout the years, I have called his personal phone for advice. Terry was always forthright, brutally honest and never charged me for his honest opinion and verbal legal counsel. My life has changed, in part, due to Terry Sherman. I am happy to have known him, used his services and am relieved to no longer need him. I wish him the best in his retirement.

Terry is truly a miracle worker. He was professional, proactive and honestly cares for his clients. I found Terry after being unsatisfied with my original counsel and I could not have asked for a better outcome with my case. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I can’t thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone seeking a criminal attorney!

On the day of your trial or plea agreement, you will need to dress properly and arrive on time. In addition, you may need to bring certain documentation with you. We will discuss the specifics when the time comes.

Is there any way to avoid a trial?

Going to trial can be costly and time-consuming. In addition to legal fees, there are court costs and these can add up quickly. All convictions have consequences; possible prison time, fines, loss of privileges, and restitution to any victim. We will discuss those in detail and the probability of defeating each charge. A trial is also expensive to the court. The prosecutor may offer to reduce your charges in exchange for your guilty plea on the lesser charge. We will only suggest this if it in your best interest. If no agreement is made, we take the case to trial and fight for your freedom.

What will fees and expenses be?
