I purchased a lift chair several years ago from “Advanced Medical Supply “ I’m in my chair 24/7 and it’s essential to me to have a quality of life, I have Multiple Sclerosis. I was having issues with the remote. Chris was so helpful in finding me the proper one. He is very professional and I thank him for his patience with me.

Back again, this time for a scooter and a wheel chiar. They also have lifts, ramps and can do home modifications. Needed a wheelchair and hospital bed for my senior family member who recently had surgery. Was surprised the store had such a large amount of products. The service was good. Was really happy with the pricing of their products, very competitive and fair. Plus being able to see and feel the products before we purchased was key to getting exactly what we needed and wanted!

BUYER BEWARE! Purchases made here are non-returnable and non-refundable, a fact that is not disclosed to the buyer until a return is attempted. If a store has such a policy, it should be clearly communicated at the time of the sale. Fortunately I only lost $35 because it was just a seat cushion, but if you are buying anything more expensive, choose carefully and inspect the product thoroughly BEFORE purchasing. Better yet, shop elsewhere.
