The size of their personnel and the amount of funding that goes into this agency must not be enough as they take on minuscule & insignificant cases that take years to conclude. There are heavy criminal activities going on inside their country for them to frivolously use tax-payer money investigating outside of their borders. Search inside before you look towards the exterior.
