Pro's: close to OOB, Friendly check-in, outdoor fire pit was fun, grounds look good from the outside, pool was ok. Con's: overwhelming sewer gas smell in both rented room, beds were hard, outdated, toilet was not properly fastened to the floor so it wobbled, shower head was not good. If you are used to 4+ star hotels, u won't like it here. We only slept there so it was ok.

Positive: I liked the location of the hotel. It was convenient to where I was working for the week. Negative: This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in my life. Dusty lamp.Heat registers filthy. Back of sink was dusty. Kitchen counter dirty. Sink drain was just gross. Had it not already been paid for by school I would have stayed elsewhere.

Everyone's biggest complaint is that they showed up after check in time and to their surprise they forfeited their room. I have been staying here for work and have used multiple different booking site, each site has clearly stated that check in time in 3-7pm. The first week I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to make leaving work and coming in during check in hours work, I called and he offered to try to come up with a resolution with me. The room has been clean each time. The wifi is lacking and unfortunately the cell service in the area is spotty. If that's a make or break for you then I can understand not staying here. However, the room feels nicer than what you are paying for when looking at the market rate in the area. You are paying for a cheaper option for your stay if you choose here. Don't expect luxury but I am very happy with the room at its price point.

Positive: Loved the cleanliness of the room and the updated decor! Very nice! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.. Negative: The beds could be replaced or at least put new mattress in. Other than that, everything was great!
