Their popcorn comes out of an industrial sized plastic trash bag - my theory is that it isn't even popped on location. I would challenge any movie goers to find evidence of popcorn being popped at this location. I think the popcorn must get transported to this location from elsewhere, maybe Westbrook? Truly baffling, have never seen a theater that doesn't pop their own popcorn.

The movie was great! But the concessions were disappointing. I waited in line for about 25 minutes just for the lady behind the counter, Alecia, to turn around and completely avoid taking my order. The guests behind me in line were completely baffled, as was I. Finally, the women grabbed her attention and asked if her line was closed. She looked right at us and said “yup” for no apparent reason. We were told to join the other line which already had 3 people in it. At this point, my movie had already started. The lady behind me asked to speak to the manager and she never appeared. Instead Alecia came back over and apologized but clearly didn’t recognize what she did was wrong. Very disappointing display of service.

Tripped on stairs in theater and spilled 1/2 my $8 popcorn all over aisle. Went to manager and asked if she would refill it, was told it was against company policy! Also asked if they could come and clean up mess, never did! All before movie.

Really great staff. I’ve seen some really horrible customers come at them for no reason and they still handle the situations professionally and calmly, especially when understaffed and busy. Great popcorn. Comfortable chairs. IMAX is a really great experience. Funny and friendly staff to talk to at concessions. Average ticket prices compared to other places I’ve been. Average concession prices- average still being a little expensive, but this is also how movies make money which allow them to stay open. Otto’s next door is a nice touch! No outside food and drink allowed in the theaters but having Otto’s next door makes for a nice night to grab a bite before or after your movie!
