This is the place to get your thirst needs met. We buy all our items at Madden Beverage, from kegs to water and they have the best inventory . I am always happy to visit, a friendly atmosphere and awesome staff. Thank you for being a great place to shop.

I've been a customer for 3 months now, and everytime that I purchase your (lager) beer, it is warm. I asked the cashier today what the temperature of your beer cooler was. His response was "55 degrees". Wait? What??? If you are not aware, beer should be cooled, refrigerated, and served between the temperature of 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. When you sell your beer out of a cooler, it should be ready to be consumed refreshingly (or close to) by the consumer when they arrive at home and open it. Gary's Beverage Barn in Portsmouth, NH charges less for warm beer, and more for cold. RSVP in Portland, ME has the same prices as you, and colder beer. As does the Shell station that abuts you. Your 55 degree beer is not worth the price in my utmost tactful opinion.

A liquor store with a really solid selection especially, I am always surprised by the Scotch and Irish Whiskey offerings Maddens has that many stores don't carry (Port Charlotte 10 for example). The owner is a very nice personable guy as well, would definitely recommend coming here if you live locally and are looking for a solid selection.

According to Google, it's made in Munich and is a subsidiary of Amhauser-busch (owned by Belgian consortium now, NOT American), and it actually goes back to 1363..., So basically, yes.
