Shockingly horrible bartenders. Clearly had no clue how to bartend - to the extent that it wasn't even their fault for being so inept. What manager would send bartenders with zero experience to work a wedding bar? I never knew how many ways there were to incorrectly make something as simple as a gin and tonic. Food was terrific though!

l'll try to keep this short but honestly overall we were disappointed. This is now the ONLY catering you can select at The Garden Villa venue so please be aware of the issues ill be stating below. (all events below took place on May 7th 2022) At the end of the day, most of the food was delicious and Alycia was great about last minute drink changes. The bartender was great, made amazing drinks all night and was very sweet. The food tasting, done well before the wedding, went well. the food was lovely! we selected a shrimp cocktail and mini beef wellington for cocktail hour, the brisket and the rosemary chicken for our dinner along side the potato medley, broccoli, and rice and beans. We also tacked on a soft pretzel table which i was strong armed into making in to a late night snack when i really wanted it during cocktail hours (not sure why they cared so much when i wanted it but i did not appreciate that) To keep it short here was the good - the Brisket was amazing - cocktails were great - the potatoes tasted great ** - chicken tasted great ** - the appetizers were great Cons - We did not get the correct chicken at our dinner and Alycia tried to convince us after the fact (when the chicken was in my fridge and labeled garlic cream chicken, not rosemary chicken) that we did get the right chicken. We did not. there was no rosemary in it at all. - The broccoli was massively over cooked and mush - The rice was extremely dry to the point of being hard - The potatoes we got were not the ones we taste tested. These new ones were tasty but they were more baked, soft and covered in butter when the ones we selected at tasting were more like breakfast potatoes. Crispy and herby - Appetizers didn't go out enough and many people came to me later telling me they didn't even know there was any because so few went out. - The people setting up food YELLED at my cake vendor who was putting flowers on my cake to get out of the way. She was not in the way and she was doing her job. and probably my biggest gripe with the food. I wanted a soft pretzel are so bad. it was my one big "must have" for my wedding and they ruined it. They did not heat up the pretzels at all, they were taken right from the bag into the case (bridesmaid witnessed this). They were hard, inedible and DISGUSTING. We ended up getting a refund for the pretzels but no apologies for the many other mistakes. Very disappointed.

Cocktails Catering gets 5 stars for both the food & table setting. The team was great to work with at the tasting and I was impressed with the quality and servings then. The food was even better at the wedding and all of my guests raved about it afterwards. They tastefully designed my table setting and it was stunning. The bar staff was equally amazing and crafted all of my signature cocktails. I highly recommend their services as they won't disappoint.

Events which include attendants or servers also include a 20% service fee which will be reflected on the invoice for your event. Gratuity is also suggested between 8% and 12%.
We schedule a final review 30 days prior to your event. During this final appointment we ensure that all the details of the timeline are accurate, lock in the final headcount and verify the menu selections for the reception.

In order to reserve our services for your day, we require a $250 save the date deposit (this deposit goes towards your overall balance due). Thirty (30) days after making your initial deposit the remaining 25% of your balance is due. The final payment/balance is collected 30 days prior to your event date once final guest count is adjusted. *Subject to change if booking date is less than 30 days out.
Yes we provide staffing. We typically send one staff member per every 10 to 15 guests. The number of staff will vary according to the size of your menu, the package you are part of and your guest count
