zero customer support ethics. very rude on the phone and if you dare to call back you will be put on hold and then hung up again. god forbid you call them and ask politely for some help

I have owned a number of Boats, my last two where Regals. One is a regal 2800 and the second is Regal 33 OBX. I called Customer service (which took 10 calls to get someone to call me back) to let them know that I have a corrosion problem with two Rails that come down the both side of the boat on the 33 OBX The boat is 4 1/2 years old the corrosion started about two years ago and has gotten worse, Regal will not stand behind the damage. The flooring has stated to lift off the deck in a number of areas, again Customer service tells me there is nothing they can do to help me to resolve these issues. WARNING, READ YOUR WARRANTY CAREFULLY. BASICALLY IT'S WORTHLESS AFTER THE FIRST YEAR, OR IF YOU ARE THE SECOND OWNER. I will say this, I love boating and I will continue to enjoy it, but my next boat will not be a Regal.
