I have been touched positively by this place in my sobriety journey.I came to MBS straight out of rehab, very broken. I met Sherrie the house Mom, who welcomed me with open arms.Sherrie is a very empathetic woman whom has always had mine and the other womens best interest at heart Sherrie has always had time for me when I needed to talk, always willing to share her experience, strength and hope-make suggestions recovery based. Sherrie has definitely helped me grow in my recovery. Marvin the man who runs the house has an extensive amount of sobriety whom comes once a week to the house for our meeting and gives us sobriety based advice makes us aware of different events going on in community that will aid in our recovery. Best place ever! If ur serious about recovery! MBS is it!!!!!

I am a grateful recovering alcoholic and I was a recent resident of Mind, Body, and Soul woman's recovery house in Orlando, and I was extremely pleased with my experience there. Sherry and Marvin provided a safe, clean and supportive environment. Recovery is the main focus and everything was laid out for success. They were helpful, reliable, respectful and caring. They helped guide me through my recovery by holding me accountable for my everyday healthy, positive life choices. I am now back home with my children. Highly recommend it!!

I've not lived here but I've gone into the house to volunteer. I've gone into a lot of transitional/sober homes to volunteer and this one is different. Staff cares and the clients are safe. I highly recommend MBS.

Yes we have a women's house
Carla I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your son. mind body and soul is a recovery house for men and women that are leaving drug treatment transitioning back into society. unfortunately we have no programs or scholarships available to pay rent for those who cannot afford to. Try the salvation army,or the coalition for the homeless.
You can give us a call when it is close to release date and see if we have beds.
