They don't answer the phone. They drop the mail in the lobby of our building instead of using the secure mailboxes, resulting in lost/stolen mail/packages. When you try to talk to the letter carrier, who is wearing civilian shorts and a t-shirt that looks like he's headed to the beach instead of working as a civil servant, he indicates that he's just doing what he's been told, and to take it up with his boss. How exactly does one do that when nobody answers the phone there? It doesn't even go to voicemail. It just rings and rings and rings. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I've reported them once already an did again yesterday I even have a case number against them they were not delivering my paper mail an now not delivering my packages they are on the truck an been scanned iv been tracking them an save the track history this is out of hand they are getting paid to do a job they don't do

I live on Academy Ave and they keep delivering my orders to Academy Place. I always have to reorder and get a refund for the ones not delivered. They show no care on fixing the problem.

We moved from the Saco area back in March, this is just after covid hit and we had our first child. After moving we only received parts of our mail, and spastically. I called this location and every day for weeks with no one answering the phone. In desperation I called all of the surrounding USPS centers who rerouted me to this location if i had any problems. I then received a collections notice for a hospital bill that we never received. The next day I received the bill from the hospital dated from June. It was now the end of july. When i finally got ahold of someone- by crying to another location to give me ANY NUMBER to reach them. I was routed to Matthew Payne. Mr. Payne was not concerned with the problem, and admitted that they had simply "not printed out all of the change of address stickers and should be fine now". SO BC OF THEIR MISTAKE WE NOW HAD CREDITORS AFTER US AND NOW THIS IS ON OUR CREDIT REPORT. When i told him this was unacceptable and I expected him to contact the credit bureau and work with me to get this taken care of he agreed, gave me his email and said to email him all the info and he would take care of it. It is not September, he has proceeded to do NOTHING, ignore my emails, calls, hang up on me twice and is dodging me. If ANYONE has any suggestions on how to proceed please let me know..

If your package has prepaid postage on it you can, but it’s much easier to go to the post office. It is an annex and not really set up for retail.
