Cautiously giving Saco house 3 stars. I had a long streak of terrible orders but the last two orders were perfect. I hope the food is back to the Saco house we all know and love but time will tell. This is literally the only phone number I have memorized still I've been in this town 30 years, if I ever left Saco house would be my first revisited location. I hope this turnaround continues, may the legend of S.H.O.P live on!

Unbelievable! I figured I would give them another chance after they screwed up our last couple times completely. One of the times we ordered and my wife went to pick up, they didn’t even have our order at all. Well, this time, even though I purposely made everything completely clear, they screwed up our order again… never going ever ever ever again. The “buffalo tenders“ that we got were nothing but flat soggy slabs of breaded chicken with some hot sauce slapped on… yuck !

$9.00 for 4 mozzarella sticks. Spent $47, and did not even receive the full order. Delivery driver was alright though, he did well. That should speak for itself. $9 for FOUR???? Seriously???

Formally loyal to Saco house of pizza. In fact I was telling my neighbors about them the very same day I placed an order for my family. However, tonight We received a over cooked pizza. ( Burnt) The crust was as hard as a rock. My kids tried to eat a few slices, minus the crust and burnt bottom. I called them to express my concerns about the food that they sent me. The girl on the phone was like OK? Didn’t really care what I was telling her. They’ve messed up before and we’ve overlooked it. But, that phone call could’ve changed everything, Just by saying we’re sorry! How can we make this better? I’d probably come back. I’ve ordered from Saco House of Pizza on a regular basis…two, three times a month. I’m done. You don’t care about me or my family and what you served us we, we’ll go somewhere else!!
