Detailed Understanding Nice Caring Articulate Nonabrasive. This is Duncan. If you do not use him as your car salesman, then you are missing out on the most amazing, stress-free, car-buying experience. After what seemed to be a bajillion calls to dealerships all over the New England area, I finally found Duncan. Other salespeople and dealerships treated me like an annoyance, or they were cold and not personable like Duncan. Duncan was so patient with me and all of my questions. He made me feel like his number one priority at all times. Duncan was never pushy and I never felt under pressure to buy. Buying a new vehicle, and spending that kind of money, can produce anxiety. Thankfully, once I started working with Duncan I felt immediate relief and I knew I was in the best hands. He kept me updated 100% of the way, as my vehicle was on order. Duncan is a single dad who is working hard for his little guy and being the best role model for him. Duncan, you are simply the best and I am so thankful for you!!! Had a wonderful experience! Finance manager and salesman were very helpful. Anthony worked hard to make sure a deal could be made that was fair and the process was easy. I felt that they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and felt financially confident in my decision. The service was great! I will go there for any future service or car buying needs!

This is most fair, polite, honest place to buy a vehicle. I have bought 3 of my vehicles from this place no matter who the owner name was or is. My new truck I just traded into with sales person Duncan was easy going and fun to work with. Never pushy at all. He made sure from start to finish I got everything I was asking for and wanted. I hope him the best there and will be taking my brother there next to look for his next truck.

Everyone here is super friendly, and not intimidating at all (which at 23, I find most car salesman can be intimidating and overwhelming). Duncan and Derek (both salesman) were super awesome and helped me appraise my car, pick a new vehicle, and within two days I went home with a 2021 Equinox! I am so happy I shopped here, my first new car experience was great. Even the financing specialist Tim was so nice. Everyone there seemed to be super down to Earth, and not just out to sell you the highest priced vehicle on the lot to make themselves a quick buck in commission. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their next vehicle, to shop here first!!
