Getting alot of windows cleaned when you live on a main road in LA isn’t cheap. But when the result ends up like this you are very happy to spend the money. So it ends up feeling like good value for money. The team were professional and courteous and had incredible attention to detail. I would use them again and highly recommend them. The moment I realised how much they care about their work was when they had finished and noticed some marks at a different angle and so got up a ladder again with a scrubbing cloth to hand scrub some small marks off a second story window.

We paid our bill up to the maximum estimate, but they’re demanding more money after the fact. This was after they looked at the place and determined the price, which they hiked it already up to the maximum original estimate (we have full proof to back up these statements). Then they state they’ve granted us a “loan” at a 1.5% rate per month when we’ve not agreed to any of this. Predatory behavior, they should have refused to do the job instead of hiking the price after the fact.
