I take my truck to Ira’s because their service is always top notch. All the services that i need are taken care of each time, from just rotating tires to maintenance level service. Always met with a smile and the satisfaction that my vehicle is in good hands. Great staff and they even have a shuttle to pick you up or drop you off! Very convenient!

Took my car in for routine oil change, tire rotation & state inspection. This was the first time since new management took over. Domenic greeted me right away. Tuesday April 26, 2022 I went to visit the Jeep Parts Department in search of a much needed set of clips for an interior part of the driver's seat lumbar support. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. He looked up the seat frame using the picture I provided and my VIN. Unfortunately, the clips are not sold separately and I refuse to by a $560.⁰⁰ to $900.⁰⁰ so now I will need to either fabricate or repair the seat back retaining clip. While this is extremely inconvenient, and even more than off-putting in regards to the Jeep brand, this is in no way a reflection upon the IRA JEEP Parts Department. The Jeep Parts Counterperson did his job and he did it well. Fiat-Chrysler, the owners of the Jeep brand, needs to get their act together and make all of the individual parts available for purchase by the Jeep owner and by anyone whose job it is to repair a Jeep. It is not acceptable to expect a Jeep owner to pay that exorbitant amount of money just to get the clips off of the new frame to repair the original. SHOULD FIAT-CHRYSLER choose to reach out to me to rectify this situation I am open to that. I don't expect that they will though.
