Getting a check engine light on a big RV, when you're 1,200 miles from home is never fun. Much to my surprise, these guys were equipped with all the right tools (including a lift that got our 34' Bounder off the ground, loaded with all our stuff) and able to get us onto the schedule very quickly. They were helpful and friendly, answered all of my questions, and kept all of our following vacation reservations on track. I just wish they were around the corner from where I live, so I could work with them more often.

This place has a stand up service team. Most of the guys who do maintenance are awesome can’t recommend them enough. Unfortunately the sales floor is awful. Spent well over 40k at this dealership for a vehicle and maintenance. Of which they have yet to set up to be completed. Today we requested to test drive a second vehicle for myself since we have a growing family. The white haired 60 yo looking gentleman insinuating that our family is too poor to test drive certain vehicles. Knowing nothing will come of this post and IRA will do nothing is to be expected but hopefully this doesn’t happen to another young family just trying to make up their mind on a second vehicle. Also I would like to clarify all vehicles are “test drive vehicles”. That’s how one would decide to buy a vehicle. Also the truck was far below “80k or 100k” like your sales member had stated. Clearly he only scams people into the vehicle he knows nothing about them. You judged me based off my age and outfit. Saying I would like to test drive a vehicle to see if my family likes it and if we would like to purchase said vehicle should be in no way a problem. You should be fired instead of arguing, fix your staff and take inventory on yourself. Also are you really thinking I would consider to buy the truck after you all insinuating I can’t afford it?

The engine service indicator light can come on for many reasons. What's most important is that you call us and schedule an appointment so that we can diagnose the situation. Although you may not feel, hear or see a change in your vehicle's performance, there may be an issue that will only get worse the longer you wait to have it checked.
We do not wash vehicles that are in for service.

Test drives are generally 15-20 minutes long. If you would like to take the vehicle for a longer period our sales team can arrange the details with you depending on availability.
