Everyone there was so incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Josh who notarized our marriage certificate! Everyone made sure we had all the right information so nothing would get filed wrong etc, and they even took a picture with us! Highly recommend this store for all of your shipping and notarizing needs

I just visited this store and the employee that I dealt with was the most unprofessional employee I have dealt with in my life. He told me to email the mailing label to the store but I was having issues and asked for his help. He proceeded to say "Well this is common sense". I thought I heard him wrong and asked him to repeat what he said to me. He said it again. I told him that it was very rude and I wasn't doing business with the store. I told him that I would report him and he proudly said his name was JOSH. I will do business with the Scarboro store as they are awesome. This boy needs polishing

What a nightmare. I called UPS Saco this morning after being sent in circles by the 1800 numbers. I’m getting married tomorrow and need help with 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. They were supposed to finally come today but could not be dropped off at my location. I called and begged for help hoping that the truck could drop off the packages to their location and I could come pick them up. I was told that there was nothing they could do but that if I called the 1800 number and pressed 0 then I’d be able to speak to a person. I tried it 3x and could not get a hold of one person. I called back and was told that something must be wrong with how I did it and that they had no problem. I’m 34, I know how a phone works and I also know when I’m being patronized. I was told that I was rude when I broke down in tears. I had to hang up because I couldn’t keep it in and when I called back I was told that I was rude for having done that. When I explained that I was getting married tomorrow, I was told “that sounds like a personal problem and you’re not one of our customers.” This location is staffed by a bunch of people who don’t care about anyone but themselves and enjoy being their version of “right” more than helping people. If you look back earlier in the comments, it also says they weren’t willing to help a woman with chemo during the pandemic. It’s interesting because in the comments so many of the negative reviews come from women and each one highlights how rude the employees at this location are.

So sorry, but I just have to give a negative review here. I brought an Amazon return, and the scan/label was right on my phone. I've done this another UPS store 8-10 times and they just scan it, done. Five stars there. But, as I set it down, this guy demanded, "put it on the scale," and began typing something into the computer/register, wasn't even looking at the package. As I initially put it down, I had already mentioned that it was large and awkward for me, so why couldn't he put it on the scale for me? (as though that's needed--the label was already done--i.e. weighed). I showed him the label, it's all set, it's weighed. There is no need to weigh it. He then said, "I know what I'm doing, we do over 2,500 of these a day." Really? You do 2,500 Amazon returns a day...from Saco, Maine? I am incredulous as to that statement. He argued with me (trying to be condescendingly nice), so I put it on the scale (which he should have done for me, albeit unnecessary). The other UPS store just scans your label from your phone and sends you on your way with a smile. 30 seconds, max. And, the moment it's scanned, I see the credit on my Amazon account pretty much immediately. This time, now 9 hours later, I don't see the credit. So, he did it wrong. To add insult to injury, as I left, he said, "You try and have a nice day." I simply said, "You too."

We are open Monday thru Saturday at 8 am. We close Monday thru Friday at 6 pm and on Saturday we are open till 4pm
