Great place to walk its only one trail pretty much the whole way. It feels like a never ending boardwalk through a bog to an island where there is a short loop trail. The bog seemed to be all dried up for the most part during my visit. There was blueberries all over the bushes everywhere you looked.

My favorite location for a quick hike. On average, it takes about an hour if you stop for photos and take in the scenery. Flat ground, some roots to watch out for, but easy for beginners.

This walk reminded me a lot of the Bangor City Forrest and the Orono Bog Walk! Loved this no-cost experience! Lovely weather and temperature made for a great opportunity to explore this place and take some photos. Would highly recommend people give this place a visit and enjoy the walk. Took about one hour for us to walk and slowly enjoy the scenes while stopping and taking photos. Very lovely! 😊

A unique landscape worth a visit. If going in spring or early summer wear bug spray and wide brim hat to ward off the bugs.
