The service was great. However, I ran into a snafu that they said my password was incorrect on my account. So I tried to reset it but the site said that my email didn't exist. So, I tried to create an account and the system said that the email was already taken???? Yeah, by me, the person who you said my password was incorrect. I asked the cashier to help me, and she was baffled as well. Now, I need to call during business hours just to fix this problem. Oh well, I guess I'd rather just not have an account. As for the Napa store. Good service and the person who does the ordering of art supplies does a good job. Good choices of art paper. I was able to buy a small black paper canvas booklet that I can use a white chalk pen to create a black and white drawing of a good memory from my photo library

Almost found everything that I needed. Funny they sell mechanical pencils but no lead. I left spending $54.00 so not bad as I only came in for one item but left with 4. Gabe at the register was super nice.

Your gonna want too get a specific tape called artists tape it'll be in the paint/brushes isle. Not sure about Michael's, though Napa valley art supplies store on California Blvd has multiple grades of that tape some being more effective than other for keeping your edges clean some are easier too remove without tearing the watercolor paper.
