This awesome was able to help us when Target sold my disabled brother a dangerously, poorly put together bike. Dave was sympatheic to the situation and was able to make the repairs in one day. If I could give them six stars, I would. We are not from Napa but my brother lives there and the way this shop treated us was amazing. We highly recommend this shop to any cyclists in Napa.

Brought my bike to several shops in the area servcie. Here, Dave is the best to talk to and will give you honest advise on what is the best option for you. This is a long overdue review; had my bike serviced by him last season and just remembered I didn't give him a review! I'm bringing back my bike for anotherl service.

Sherry (so sorry if I spelled wrong to many options) was amazing, extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even when I thought I found one that worked she would let me know that I wasn't hitting correctly ext. Most people would sell them and move one. I have a lot of injuries that she listened to all and used them to find me the perfect shoe. So happy I made the trip they are wonderful.

Bicycle works is the BEST! Great people, awesome service, expert advice: not much more you can ask for! Since getting into riding, they've been my go-to shop and have been so helpful. Peter is super knowledgeable and even does sew ups for tubular tires! Go to Bicycle Works, you won't regret it.
