Front desk reseponist was very rude and arguminitive. Embarrassed me so badly it's hard to go back. I don't have her name but people there like that doesn't need to work with people in general. I like the doctor NP, and Nurses.

I had such a difficult time with scheduling with the office and I was so nervous to switch doctors when the doctor I was planning to see for months suddenly had to cancel. The office made an appointment with Dr. Guerrero, which they said wasn't their first choice for my chronic migraines. Hesitant, but hopeful, I went and I'm glad I did. I've never met a more empathetic or competent doctor than Dr. Guerrero. He listened intently as I walked him through my medical history. He then walked me through the different classes of medications and my options. I've never been approached with the amount of humanness and humility that Dr. Guerrero shows. This is an absolutely essential component of chronic pain treatment that I've been missing. We're still early in pain management, but I'm hopeful that Dr. Guerrero's methodical approach will help me better manage migraines that are completely dictating my daily life.

I have been a patient at Carolina Neurological for many years; having been a Migraine sufferer since my teens. My first encounter with Dr. Diedrich was: " There are many new drugs on the market, we will find something that will help you." And we did!!! I am very grateful; migraines are no joke, especially when you have to work. Thank you, W. King

This isn't a hospital, so you shouldn't need admission papers. You will need an appointment, however. I hope this helps.
