When I got my water originally turned on they responded quick, and made it easy to set up an account; and when i lost my bill and they shut my water off I texted them when I paid it and they had it on two hours later. Speedy response. They don’t answer the phone often but usually they respond in a text or just do it I guess that works lol

I’ve been trying to call for a month to cut off services and can’t get in touch with anyone. Even sent an email to the county with no response.

I’ve tried calling two different phone numbers multiple times on several different occasions for help with different things and nobody ever answers the phone. Very poor customer service.

Phone calls direct to a badly recorded personal voice-mail for a man whose name you cannot understand. Neither phone number found online brings you to an actual person. Messages are not returned. And just now my current bill has a past due amount which was paid in full via courtmoney .com which is the website listed to use on the actual paper bill. This website shows my account paid in full to this month. And this month's charges open. No previously unpaid amounts. This is highly unprofessional and it seems I am going to have to go in person to find out why no one answers their phone.
