Horrible. They do not send notices when they say. I had to call the Public Utilities Commission to remedy a no-notice shut off on a Friday before a 3 day weekend. They charged me to reconnect but I got the fee reversed. I am lucky I have enough money to pay and I was home that day.

Why has my water bill quadrupled! I get an email today, not know who the hell this company is, btw, looks like we sold our water rights to a French company. Since there is no construction near my house, they can't use that lame excuse.

Just got off the phone with Suez. Apparently you can go to their site and find out when they flush water lines in your neighborhood. It would make much since for them to have this on our water bill, so we can see the schedule and avoid washing clothes or drinking water at this time. The water turns reddish brown when they flush lines.
What's the problem?
Had credit card auto renewal. Kept getting credit card fraud. Canceled card and got new number, gave only to them. Again credit card fraud. Never give them a credit card number.
No Suez is NOT connected to any insurance company or protection plan company. Suez only allows one company to use their logo. I would contact them.
We do not add any fluoride to the drinking water here at Suez Boise.
But the reading is done in CCFs which is 748 gallons. 1 CCF = 748 gallons. Call Suez and they will assist you.
Aerator's was blocked. It's an easy fix just remove and clean. Or replace the aerator. You can purchase these at most hardware stores

At my house it's 80 at S. Hummel Dr 83709 my neighbors 1960s house just flooded, this week 06/2019, their pressure at that time was 90 when the plumber came. They didn't have a water pressure regulator paid by the home owner. When contacting Suez they it is high because of all the new construction. It should cost $350 installed including parts by Plummer. The pressure for a house is suppose to be around 55.
