I’m really surprised by the negative reviews on here. The staff at this shop are AMAZING!! Very efficient and friendly. I always have a good experience. I specifically came on here to sing the praises of their designer and print specialist, Alan. He is a true superhero at what he does. He has designed a few things for my small business now and I always love what he produces. He is so friendly and the turn around is fast and well priced. Alan I appreciate you and all you do to make my print materials beautiful. You are a master!! Thank you so much!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

The service at this store is terrible The manager, Sami, is useless. Sent a package from this store, but evidently the UPS driver lost my package because he delivered it to wrong address (Tracking indicated he had delivered it , but clearly he did not). I guess reading numbers isn't part of his skill set. Thanks to some help from the local USPS postmaster, who happens to know the UPS folks, she got them to search for and find the misdirected package. I was very anxious about this since it had important documents. I called the UPS Store manager Sami and told her the story. I asked why I should have to pay for such poor performance. She said she agreed and that she would file a claim for refund of my payment. Never heard back from her and finally called the store after a week. Her staffer said since package wasn't lost in the end, no refund is justified. I reminded them, that if not for the extraordinary effort on the part of myself and the local US postmaster it would have been lost (residents in the town are mostly part time, so the illiterate driver probably delivered package to a vacant house). Stay away from this store and UPS altogether. Unhelpful, discourteous and useless!

Hate to leave a bad review, but I had a package delivered here (and paid the extra charge for it) only for the package to go missing. I got an email saying that my package had been picked up. when I called the store to tell them I hadn’t picked it up and ask what happened they said it had been picked up and there was nothing they could do, I’d have to talk to ups not the store. Long story short I went thru the whole process and no one ever figured out what happened. Fortunately the retailer was understanding and simply sent my order again for no charge. I just wrote it off as a bad experience and forgot about it. But recently I’ve heard other people say they’ve been frustrated when picking up packages so I thought I should share my experience.
