If you need one just schedule a time with the dmv to get yourself one then go into the station

I am chatting with a man that says he is deployed over in Syria, I offer to send him some socks and toothbrush and toothpaste but he told me that I would have to send it through Nigeria and I don't think that is true can you tell me is that true

Absolutely Not!!! Anything that you send our troops that are deployed over seas can be sent thru regular USPS .. it will have an address that includes their name rank and some type of unit ... Never send money and any address should also include an APO in it!!!
