Horrible apartments. My mother has lived there not even 3 months and has already had her apartment flood from inside twice. When you call the office they never answer and the maintenance (which is suppose to be 24 hours) is never available either. My mother is over 50 years old and the people who work for these apartments do not care or have a sense of urgency for there tenants. Would not recommend!

Yes we do accept the Jefferson Parish Housing Voucher. We are a low-income tax credit property but the rent is NOT based on your income without a housing voucher.
Office staff is very unprofessional!
We do not and never have had a waiting list here at Lapalco Apartments. They are first come, first serve.You have to come to the main office and pick up a paper application. The application fee is $15.25 an extra $9.75 for an additional adult 18+ that is not your spouse.
They are well kept, if you keep it up. I’ve been back there 3 years, they just finally got a maintenance man who actually works. A lot of the stuff is rigged.
It ranges on pay, they are more on the low income side, no credit check needed, just 4 consecutive check stubs. And a clean background
Yes we do but they rarely become available since there are only a few of them.
A 2 bedroom is currently $929 , that's including water &gas. $15.25 application fee. A $400 deposit is required upon approval.
