Lobby never open, long wait times for food, frosty machine never works,and they always ask you to back up and wait till they wave to you to pull foward also they never take your order at the speaker that works just fine with the computer screen too. Always asking you to pull to the window and take your order there. Also I ordered for pick up inside and had to wait in drive through for it as the lobby was locked. It's 1:30 p.m. on a Monday. When I got there everything but the kis meal was not available 😕 😒. 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Oh and they also don't know how to cancel an app order. 🙄. #Wendys

I got the $5 biggie bag combo. Very filling and good value. Service was good and on point too. I highly recommend this Wendy's on Manhattan

This Wendy's did not have Fries, Straws, Sprite or Sauce. And that 4 for 4 pictured is not what I got, I got a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles on 2 occasions when I ordered from there. I was very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

The worst like its kind of laughable how bad this Wendy’s is. They are only open like one hour out the day. If its empty don’t get excited or bother they have a random stupid excuse why they’re closed. Advertises breakfast but they don’t open till after noon. Doesn’t matter when you go there’s always a lame excuse. The “system” is always down. Today I was told it was a 30 minute wait bc they were in the middle of a shift change. They are always out of 95% of the menu including drinks and instead of just telling you what they have the girl barks back “we don’t have that” when you do order. The card reader supposedly never works and they just give you random change back with no receipt. Close this place down
