So I placed a Grubhub order and I ask for no special sauce on my Big Mac. Not only did they put it on my Big Mac but it’s dripping off of the sandwich. I’m allergic to the sauce that’s why I ask for no sauce. Thanks for ruining my lunch McDs!!

After waiting 24 minutes in the drive through lane, finally getting to the speaker and waited another 10 minutes. No one ever acknowledged that I was there. I pull around to the 1st window no one is there but there is an employee at the 2nd window passing out drinks and a bag. When I pull up she closes the window. I get her attention to let her know that no one ever took my order. She said “I know ma’am we’re taking two orders at a time.” I asked how was I going to place my order? She said “you have to get back in line.” Mind you that it is now 9:34pm and now 3 more cars have pulled into the drive through. My frustration was at 10. Once before several cars and myself waited over 20 minutes to place an order only to find out that they had closed early. A simple we’ll be right with you, would have let me know that yes they are there and still taking orders. Common courtesy goes a long way. We live 3 minutes away but I will never spend another minute of my time and definitely not my hard earned money to support this location ever again. If I could they would not have received a star, if your not waiting a long time they are out of coke or sprite and the ice cream machine hardly ever works.
