My experience was horrible to be polite .I understood there would be a wait because of parts and labor shortages (a month which was quoted ). I arrived with a window that was intermittently not working and a weird clicking and popping when driving and some vibration I believe that was also related to the said clicking and popping , recall on rear view camera too . I was told twice by the same person they heard the clicking and popping and twice again by the same person they didn’t hear it, so I was throughly confused because I spent over 500 dollars for a rental car for a month without my car just to be told to come get the car. I arrived to get the car immediately as I sat in the car the noise and vibrating was evident before pulling out the the parking lot . I’ve been here several times over 5 years and this by far has been my worst experience ever with a dealership.
