Told me to take my car to a muffler shop while it was still under warranty. Luckily I called KIA corporate, after waiting an hour and a half corporate told me that my car was covered under a federal warranty that the dealership should have known of. This added at leat another week to get the car back. In addition, there was no communication to let me know that parts were in before. I'm not blaming the service representative but the dealership needs to offer support to their staff and clients. A little communication and follow through goes a long way.
