I ordered dinner from Four Star. Several things happened that were minor. The issue that bothered me the most was I said that I wanted to sign my receipt like I do with other businesses. I should not have to explain my being cautious. The delivery person said a few things that I did not like, so I felt it was warranted that I call the manager. I explained to the manager what happened thinking they would understand. I did not want a refund and told the manager that. I just wanted the manager to be aware of what was said. It seemed as if they just wanted to get off of the phone. I said that I just wanted to let them know what happened so they may improve how they treat customers with complaints. The same response. I am a Minister, try to be as cordial as I can be, but will not be ordering from them again.

Subs are very good and pizza, not the biggest fan of their wings anymore, wings used to be better. Honestly the food is still good but if you are just placing a small order they don't really care too much about getting it done quickly. It's a shame because we give them a lot of business and have noticed this first hand. I understand big orders = more $ for them but sometimes we just want a couple subs or something. I don't think it's good business to only want to fill our orders more quickly when we place large orders, makes us reconsider sometimes and take our business somewhere else. If you don't mind waiting sometimes over an hour just to get 2 subs (and yes this is for pick-up, they don't even have to deliver it) then is okay.

The chicken parm sub is probably my favorite sub to get. Full of flavor. The pizza was also great and it's nice to see the employees make your order right in front of you.

Food was good. Was expecting a round 20 cut pizza instead got a round pizza cut in squares. Also asked for light sauce on the pizza and it came loaded with so much sauce that the cheese just slides off the pieces. I’ve always gotten light …
