All of the stores at Tanger Outlet should close at the same time. However, because of the holiday season, the shops will close at 6PM on Sunday, 12/24 and be closed the whole day Monday, 12/25. It looks like they are typically open from 9am to 9pm Sunday to Friday, and from 9am to 10pm on Saturday.
