The young lady that helped me was great, but the quality of food was not what it used to be. I barely had meat on my sandwich, I thought I purchased a lettuce and tomato over dripping with sauce sandwich. It was horrible 😢

I honestly don't know what to say here. I walked up around 6pm and the door was locked, people inside though. Went to the Drive-Up and told me that they ran of out "roast beef". Now, it's almost like KFC running out of chicken or Taco Bell running out of Tacos. Arby's main ingredient is out. Seriously, the manager should be fired. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Close it down.
